It is a program that combines traditional Korean meditation with brain science to improve Stress Management and Emotional Coaching and to promote Self-Empowerment.This course introduces students to the basic principles of Brain Education and Brain Wave Vibration Meditation practices. Students will also learn the scientific effects of Brain Wave Vibration Meditation.
Brain Education Meditation consists of an expert's explanation of the scientific theory and step-by-step practical guidance by a meditation trainer.
