This is GCU (Global Cyber University), the globally abled men educating platform.

Lecture Request

‘Lecture Request’ means the course that you select desiring subjects for your related semester and then pay your lecture tuition.

You should request your lectures according to a given period and procedures, and your selected subjects shall not be changed or cancelled after lecture request correctable period pasts.

Renunciation of Curriculum

1.Access to ‘Curriculum Request’ screen: Access to ‘Curriculum Request’ screen

2.Selection of Curriculum: In case of selecting and then click your desiring curriculum, the curriculum request contents appears below the same screen.

3.In case you select your curriculum for temporary preservation, put ‘Temporary Preservation’ button to store it temporarily. Your temporary saved contents.

4.Final Store of Curriculum: After selecting all your curriculums for final preservation, put ‘Final Preserving Button’ to save them. After saving them, you cannot change, cancel or add them for change of the number of subjects (credits).

5.Payment of Tuition: Pay your tuition fee after saving your curriculum. Print a notice to pay it at a bank or pay it with your bankbook or credit card.

6.Confirmation of Requesting Contents: After completing your curriculum request and tuition fee, you can confirm your curriculum request or payment breakdown at ‘MY PAGE > My Educational Affairs Management > Tuition Fee or MY PAGE > University Register Information > Tuition Paid Contents’.

Curriculum Request Correcting Procedures

1.Access to ‘Curriculum Request’ screen: Access to ‘Curriculum Request’ screen

2.Selection of Curriculum: Select your curriculum for cancellation (change) from “Present Condition of Curriculum Request” item below “Curriculum Requested Subject”, click [Cancel Curriculum], select your desiring curriculum from the above “Curriculum Request Subject” and then click [Temporary Save]. You can change your curriculum by the deadline of curriculum request.

3.Final Completion of Curriculum Request: After completing the correcting procedures for the curriculum you want to change, click [Final Completion of Curriculum Request] button to complete the correcting procedures for your curriculum request.
※ You can correct your curriculum only once and you cannot change or correct them after completing your curriculum request completing procedure.

4.Confirmation of Curriculum Correcting Procedures: After completing the completion of curriculum correcting procedures, you can confirm finally your requesting contents from “MY PAGE > My Educational Affairs Management > Curriculum Request”
